Review current ferry operations, route conditions, beach rules and parking for the day you plan to travel. Decide whether your RV or another vehicle is appropriate for the route. Neither a quiet weekday nor a short ferry wait is guaranteed.
Check current visitor information for Rockport-Fulton galleries, waterfront dining and Rockport Beach Park. Confirm any art festival or other event with its organizer, including its actual dates and admission requirements. Plan the journey using your departure point and current conditions, not an advertised fixed drive time.
For the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington Museum, Selena Museum and Corpus Christi Marina, confirm current visitor information, opening dates, admission and parking before making a special trip. Map each actual destination rather than relying on a single estimate for all Corpus Christi attractions.
Before visiting Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, review current official visitor information, access restrictions, alerts and conditions. Wildlife and bird sightings vary; this article does not promise summer species, whooping-crane sightings or access to every part of the refuge.
