A longer RV stay should fit your rig, complete budget and everyday plans. Aransas Pass RV Park & Storage is at 340 N 13th St, Aransas Pass, TX 78336. These seven checks help you compare a monthly stay with other accommodation without relying on an old summer offer, an unsupported competitor ranking or a guaranteed commute.
When reviewed in September 2026, the Aransas Pass RV Park website listed daily stays starting at $40, weekly stays starting at $175 and monthly stays starting at $425, with a required $75 monthly deposit. The $375 monthly starting offer previously printed in this article does not match that live rate section.
Published starting prices are not the complete quote for every date or site. Confirm rent, electricity billing, water, sewer, internet, taxes and additional charges, including what is included and what is separately billed. A full-hookup connection does not establish that every utility charge is included.
For the same dates and needs, request written hotel, apartment and RV offers. Include RV ownership or rental, transport, insurance, site rent, utilities, required fees, commuting and storage. Separate deposits from recurring rent and non-refundable fees.
This article does not establish that apartments always cost more, impose the same lease term or have the same cooking facilities. It does not present verified current competitor prices, occupancy percentages or availability. Compare the actual offers rather than assume an RV stay guarantees savings.
Provide RV length, height, slides, electrical requirements, occupants, vehicles, trailers and pets. Ask about usable site dimensions, approach turns, parking and hookup positions. The park’s website describes 20/30/50 amp full hookups, water and sewer, free Wi-Fi and on-site storage; confirm compatibility and any features that matter for the assigned site and dates.
If connectivity is essential, test your equipment when possible and arrange a backup. The website describes nearby laundry rather than an on-site laundry service. Confirm hours, access, quiet rules, maintenance reporting and after-hours support. A service list or surveillance system does not guarantee performance, security or an interruption-free stay.
When reviewed in September 2026, the website listed storage starting prices of $55 for 10 x 10 units, $90 for 10 x 20, $105 for 12 x 20, $140 for 12 x 30 and $180 for 24 x 50. The former $45 and $80 figures in this article were below the current published starting prices.
Confirm unit availability, dimensions, access, allowed items, separate payment requirements and complete terms. An RV reservation does not automatically include a storage unit. Do not assume a unit is suitable for a boat, vehicle, tools or other equipment without approval.
Map your actual workplace entrance, groceries, medical appointments, errands and planned outings at expected travel times. Include fuel, tolls and travel in the comparison. Do not rely on fixed five-minute errands or guaranteed 20- or 30-minute coastal trips from an older article.
For beach access, fishing, events and attractions, check the relevant operator or public authority for current access, schedules, requirements and conditions. Review forecasts and alerts and follow your RV manufacturer’s preparation guidance. A summer reservation does not guarantee calm weather, fishing results or free access to an activity.
The previously published pet limit is a maximum of two pets per reservation. Confirm any additional approval requirements, restrictions or charges. Ask whether any RV-age, condition or photo-approval requirement applies to your rig; do not assume immediate approval or universal site suitability.
Obtain arrival hours, access instructions and a contact for problems before traveling. Touchless arrangements do not automatically establish unrestricted arrival, support on any schedule or the absence of office-hour requirements.
A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation. A deposit refund requires a written request within three days of departure, an attached photo showing the site left clean and management approval. Confirm the correct park email before sending the request; a refund is not automatic.
Submit cancellations in writing by email to the park. Cancellations at least 14 days before scheduled arrival qualify for a full rent refund; cancellations less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not. No-shows forfeit rent paid. Guests may request rescheduling, but it is not guaranteed.
Once a stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable, including early departure or a shortened stay. Refunds are issued to the original payment card, not by check. Confirm renewal, payment dates, departure notice and extension availability in writing. A longer assignment does not guarantee an extension, unrestricted departure or permanent residence.

The park’s existing Facebook and Instagram channels are retained for reference; older social content is not a current quote. Keep the accepted price, policy version, confirmation and arrival instructions together.
