A monthly RV reservation for a work assignment needs to fit both the rig and the daily routine. Before reserving at Aransas Pass RV Park & Storage, confirm the actual job-site route, complete costs and written terms. This guide does not establish an employer partnership, guaranteed commute, site availability or included electricity.
Use the specific entrance for your assignment, not just a Corpus Christi or Ingleside area label. Check the route at your shift times and account for traffic, parking and return travel. A regional industrial corridor does not establish that every assignment has a convenient commute.
Confirm rent, electricity treatment, other utilities, taxes, deposits and separate charges for your exact dates. Ask about billing periods and payment timing. Previous daily, weekly and monthly prices and competitor savings calculations are not current offers. Do not assume every service is included or that a rate remains fixed for another month.
Give management RV length, slides, electrical requirements, occupants, pets, vehicles and trailers. Confirm the assigned site’s connections and usable space, current rules and any age/condition approval before paying. A general article does not guarantee approval for a particular setup.
If storage matters, ask about current unit dimensions, availability, allowed contents, access and separate charges. Confirm whether tools, a boat, trailer or other equipment can be accommodated. Previous unit counts, sizes and prices do not establish current inventory or security.
Ask about quiet-hour rules, arrival instructions, gate access and the contact for delays or maintenance. Discuss requirements relevant to your shift. Rules or surveillance do not guarantee uninterrupted sleep or safety, and this guide does not promise round-the-clock staff or a response time.
Check grocery, laundry, appointments and dining routes and hours. Confirm internet service if needed for work and bring a backup connection. Ask about mail and deliveries instead of assuming all services are available at the assigned site or a fixed drive away.
A project may end early or run longer. Ask how date changes and extensions work before reserving; an initial reservation does not guarantee another month’s availability or price. Keep management contacts, accepted terms and confirmation together. A monthly stay does not automatically avoid every contractual commitment.
The owner’s standard policy requires a $75 deposit for every monthly reservation. Deposit refunds require a written request within three days of departure, a photo showing the site left clean, and management approval. Confirm the correct park email before submitting a request.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the park. Cancellation 14 or more days before scheduled arrival qualifies for a full rent refund under the refund policy. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not qualify for a rent refund. Guests may request rescheduling, but approval is not guaranteed. Once a stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable, including early departure or a shortened stay.
Refunds are issued to the original payment card, not by check. If that card is lost, cancelled or no longer active, the park cannot process the refund. Confirm separate platform charges and the terms of an existing reservation directly with management. Keep the accepted quote, complete policies and confirmation together.
Use the existing park and reservation links below to ask about your dates, site fit and written terms. An article does not guarantee a site or service.
