Build your Coastal Bend outings around confirmed travel dates and current information, not expired summer promotions or fixed lodging-price promises. This guide provides planning options, not a ranked list or a guarantee of access.
The earlier Boat Owners Tournament and Texas Legends dates are past schedules, not current invitations. Check each organizer for the intended year, venue, admission, weigh-in access and cancellations before planning a trip.
Choose the exact launch or fishing location, check public access, weather and current official fishing regulations, and confirm any guide reservation. Do not rely on a promise of seasonal catches or a short trip from the RV site.
Use current public-access information for the working waterfront. Check permitted parking and pedestrian areas; do not enter working docks or assume shrimp sales, prices or fleet activity on your dates.
Consult current park information for admission, reservations, closures, beach conditions and pet rules. Swimming conditions and dolphin sightings are not guaranteed.
Check current ferry service, delays, vehicle requirements, destination parking and beach rules before leaving. A previously described free or round-the-clock crossing does not guarantee unrestricted service on your dates.
Check current visitor information for fees, open trails, roads and hours. Plan birding for the actual season without guaranteeing a particular species or assuming free daily access.
Check restaurant locations, current hours, menus and reservations. Choose a route to the actual restaurant instead of relying on the former one-minute estimate.
Check current H-E-B, Walmart or other store locations and hours, parking and the route for your vehicle. The old five-minute estimate is not a guarantee.
Confirm launch access, equipment, weather, tides, navigation and any outfitter booking. Coastal waterways are not necessarily calm or suitable for every participant; wildlife sightings are not promised.
Give Aransas Pass RV Park & Storage your dates, RV dimensions, slides, electrical requirements, vehicles, guests and pets. Confirm a suitable site for the entire stay, hookups, internet, parking, current rules, arrival instructions and support procedures. Remote management does not mean unrestricted arrival or guaranteed quiet/security.
Request a current written total for rent, electricity billing, other utilities, taxes, deposits and additional charges. Historical daily, weekly, monthly, storage and vehicle-add-on prices are not current offers. Confirm any storage unit’s actual size, access, accepted items and availability separately; a unit description does not establish that a boat or particular equipment fits. Do not infer guaranteed electricity inclusion or savings over competitors.
Cancellation requests must be written and emailed to the park’s confirmed cancellation address. Cancellation 14 or more days before arrival qualifies for a full rent refund. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not qualify for a rent refund; guests may request rescheduling instead. Once the stay begins, daily, weekly and monthly lot rent is non-refundable, including early departure or a shorter stay.
A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation; it is not a promise that electricity is included. Refund requests must be in writing within three days of departure, include a photo of the site left clean and receive management approval. Confirm the correct request email. Refunds go to the original payment card, not by check; under the approved policy, a lost, cancelled or inactive original card prevents processing the refund.
These original destinations are preserved. Confirm current site availability and accepted terms before paying.
